Paul J. Foster : "Landscapes / Paysages"

Paul Foster a étudié les beaux-arts à l'Université de Leeds, UK (1973-1977). Le paysage a toujours été son influence la plus forte et un amour de la nature guide toujours son travail. Le défi consiste à capter une lumière et une ombre particulière, à étudier les reflets dans les rivières, les lacs et les ruisseaux, ainsi qu’au bord de la mer, à la recherche de l’expérience merveilleusement stimulante quand elle fonctionne bien.

Paul Foster studied Fine Art at the University of Leeds, UK (1973-1977). Landscape was always his strongest influence and a love of nature still informs his work. The challenge is to capture a particular light and shade, studying reflections in rivers, pools and streams, as well as by the sea, seeking the wonderfully uplifting experience when it works well.
